I'm genuinely worried about your mental health old man. I think you need sectioning.

 

Whether in jest or being serious, mental health isn't a joking matter or a laughing matter. Too many people in Stoke-on-Trent and in the country have felt the impact of mental health issues on their family and friends.

 

I think it's clear reading his posts that he's just trying to get a wind up from you and it works. You don't need to bite back, you just need to look at the league table with a smug sense of satisfaction. If you bite back, and make uncalled for comments like the one above, you're the one that suffers.

 

I had that on an Under 14's football game I was watching on Sunday, where the home team captain had to be dragged off before he was sin binned because the away team and parents were constantly goading him and trying to wind him up. He didn't need to do that because his team were winning convincingly, but he let his emotions get to him. You're doing the same. Be the bigger man and don't rise.

City were poor tonight. Very sloppy all over the pitch.

 

City may struggle now,there are better teams in their group than Lyons.Winning Home games is vital.I watched United,not brilliant but I was surprised how decent Young Boys were.United,never out of first gear,will need to raise the bar in their next two CL games.Is Ronaldo available for the United v Juve game?

The fans at Liverpool v PSG were fascinating. PSG singing in unison and clapping and drumming from start to finish. I thought they were brilliant in a manly sort of way. Definitely not an environment for girls and kids. I was stood next to windmill man and behind his Irish dad et al. If this had been a Port Vale game I would have been really annoyed with these dudes very quickly. Yet somehow there is a hardness, know how and demand in the crowd at Liverpool that knows what is needed to win the competition. So I found respect in that.

Wolves could probably beat them 5-0 again but possibly not in the CL,phil.
