Well, due to the club's total lack of media and PR (except for strings of tweets by the Chairman) we don't even know who will turn up out of the existing players.

 

As I mentioned elsewhere, we have had no confirmation on Yates/Johnson signing contracts, no announcement of Johnson's loan to Gateshead, no news on which of the other players offered terms have left/are staying, no confirmation of any of the youth team players signing, no update on the Andoh situation...

 

And yet people *still* think having a spat with the local newspaper and having Norman's Twitter feed as the sole point of communication is a "good thing" and "builds the buzz"

Can't help feeling like your down beat robf, we've only been waiting 6 weeks since Rob Page left for some form of intent the club isn't doomed!

 

Think you would be use to it being a Vale Fan!

Fed up waiting for now, will check back in a couple of hours when I've buried a changed the rest of my savings into Euros, Dollars and Gold, and been round to console Boris on his failed leadership strategy, calling on the way back to unveil a new statue of Teresa May on the top of the Lorelei rock. If we sign anyone, can someone light a fire on the top of Mow Cop, might just see it across the hills. Ta.

Think I'm outta here too. Could we set up a Batman-style searchlight if a signing is spotted? Smurf's profile projected onto the clouds above Boslem? Curvature of the Earth might defeat me up here though.
