The team tried really hard but it required good goalkeeping and last ditch defending to survive before the change in attack delivered the goals in the last part of the game. I guess playing 3 games in 7 days was a factor as Blackpool looked sharper. I thought we struggled with Blackpool in the cup game and it was tactical - the controlled central midfield and so I was frustrated Page didn't do something about that and I thought the winger for winger subs risked us being overrun in central midfield. But I guess Page can claim to have got it right, so I should congratulate him and the team for getting the job done.
