If we had not been so unlucky with Ryan Iniss and if Duffy had kept his gob shut on Satdee, we'd have been good for a point here.

 

That's two 2-1 defeats away in a row in Essex, with Ryan McGivern present in both. I'm not a fan of finger-pointing but is he really good enough to be in our defence?

Where does this information come from about the next home game being the decider?

 

What if we win at Burton and draw at home? What if we win 5-0 at Burton and lose 1-0 at home?

Very telling comments by Ray Williams, while the early injuries did not help, we were lacking quality and ideas. And his final comment of the excellent commentary, we will need new faces in January, to cover the obvious deficiencies. Can not see that happening, it's going to be a long hard season.

 

Excellent commentary? They spend more time talking about trivial everyday matters than the actual game in hand. Williams is one of the worst commentators I've ever heard. When my team is losing 2-1, I don't want to hear him and blakeman laughing about things of no importance whatsoever. I want them angry and upset like I am. Winds me up.

Very poor result... Again. I've backed page all season but I'm beginning to lose patience. Not with some performances but the complete shambles of set plays which is getting worse and worse and should have been sorted. Poor result tonight to go with our dreadful away form.

 

Anyway onto burton, can see another defeat there

Another dose of reality! Mid table budget, mid table team! We have no right to think we are that much better than most around us. Take away a few key players and most clubs would suffer. We are no different.

 

Didn't expect much from this game, so wasn't too disappointed. We don't have a god given right to beat any other team in this league at present, its a very level league IMO.
