Message to Norman: WBA Ticket Fiasco

This should be a celebration match/occasion where we could probably take 5000 fans, fill the end and have a right good party.

 

They have an away end which holds 5,300, half full, a stadium which holds 27,000, half full and potentially 2000 Vale fans without a ticket to get in, absolute madness

 

Is that how you are thanking me for going to the Burnley match? Just because I'm not a season ticket holder. Also, I don't travel to away games on official coaches and shouldn't have too.

 

Vale fans are notorious for coming out of the woodwork for big cup matches, 8000 at Anfield, 7000 at Villa Park, 3500 at White Hart Lane (I was there for all of those by the way) and many more besides

 

The ticket pricing was bob on at £10 and £5 but absolutely pointless when you can't get one

If it was a Saturday for sure we would take shed-loads, but really hard to call for a mid-week game.

ST have always had priority and always should do. 5000 on a Tuesday is ambitious to say the least.

Jim Doherty I spoke to Norman on Saturday and he said he had booked 10 Coaches........And you WOULD be guaranteed a match Ticket IF you booked on his Official Coaches..........AND he was NOT asking for any extra allocation of tickets. tut tut.
