Has anyone bought any shares in recent times in view of a potential EGM?

I have thought about it, but I think there should be some kind of cut off. If it is one man one vote I would be worried that the board could have signed up 300 aliases to vote in their favour.

What is the minimum purchase? If it's one vote per shareholder and the minimum ain't too much then surely it's worth buying some to add another nail in their coffin.

minimum share purchase is £50 I think plus you have to pay £5 to join V2001 association? Not sure if its one vote per shareholder though, think it is.

I'm not sure it would be one vote per shareholder. That would be a massive assumption to make before anybody buys any shares.

 

The board would probably insist on a poll vote and have sufficient grounds to do so.

Out of interest why are they anti Mo and who do they support? Are they happy dripping their money into a black hole?

I'd wait and see how NLV play it as if they call an egm this week based on their findings, your shares wouldn't get you a vote at an egm if you had only just bought them.
