I'd wait and see how NLV play it as if they call an egm this week based on their findings, your shares wouldn't get you a vote at an egm if you had only just bought them.

minimum share purchase is £50 I think plus you have to pay £5 to join V2001 association? Not sure if its one vote per shareholder though, think it is.

 

One vote per shareholder makes zero sense in a limited company situation. It will be one vote per share held, as per any other normal ltd company in the UK.

Simple answer is YES,but after the AGM I attended were the hands vote was changed to a shares vote am now regretting buying them ...

Yes it should be on show thats good corporate governance. however its probably all dog eared and crumpled up in a Christmas Edition tin of Danish Watermill Butter Cookie tin .
