The CPS & the Police presume that football fans are guilty until proved innocent.

 

I don't know these guys and I don't know if they are guilty, BUT I thought we lived in a country that all were INNOCENT until PROVED guilty.

 

Why are people NAMED before they are convicted.

I assume that once the original case was put on the Court calendar, their names would be in the public domain. They were also named in the Senile when the original case was dropped.

Normally you'd be correct but the Police treat football fans as though all are hooligans especially the away fans. We are the lowest of the low and have been for years. Murderers & paedophiles have more freedom than your average footie fan.

 

How many Vale/Wolves fans have been arrested by the Police & charged by the CPS?

 

Despite many complaints by both sets of supporters about the actions/behaviour of the Police that day, how many officers have been investigated never mind arrested or charged?

 

That should tell you a lot about our "Justice" system!

It IS wrong that people can be named like this.They could be innocent but being named could be very costly to them.

 

When found innocent will they have their name printed with an apology?
