No matter what the outcome of said question. Mo should have tied up the deal when he had the chance, he was gazumped by the board, and as a business man he should have known not to leave himself so open.

he was always going tb wide open, the shares could not be sold or transferred to him, its all very simple

Is the following statement from Mark Simms, on this single point alone, a correct account of events regarding the potential purchase of Broxap shares from Mr Simms by Mr Chandry?

 

I phoned Mr Chaudry & during the several discussions that followed it became clear to me that Mr Chaudry did not want to actually pay for the shares, but to offer a deal for sponsorship once he had achieved control.

Perhaps to you nothing but to members of the NLV, who have spent a large amount of time, money and effort in forcing an EGM with the sole aim of overturning the board and for their main man to then decline the chance to take control of the club and allow the current board to remain in place I would be very, very *****ed off and want some answers as to why the opportunity was missed.

May I suggest you speak with the NLV guys to ascertain their views rather than surmise and attempt to speak for them.

 

You would of course like to think there was falling out and disquiet amongst the various groups but alas you will find you are mistaken.
