well i don't know about anyone else but i am just happy the the club to be ,

just surviving ,

make 300,000 k per annum losses ,

signing dross ,

struggling to beat barnet season after season ,

under performing against , teams with huge support like, rochdale, bury , torquay, accrington , stevenage, morecambe ,dagenham

having to endure failed manager after failed manager then watching the only one in six who's earned his corn walk out on us .

measuring our failure by everyone elses failure ? well everyone else makes a loss so its ok for us to make a loss !

nb. measuring your performance should result in you attempting to out perform your competitor , not give you an excuse to join their underperformance party .

until these remaining scum buckets are dragged kicking and screaming from vale park i will not rest . as for the findings once they are gone well all i can say is if we find evidence of any wrong doings i hope they are ran out of town never to be seen again .

With Mark Simms and MA on board we will truly be a club governed by a group of people with Port Vale at heart.

If it ain't broke.......

THE FUTURES BRIGHT, THE FUTURES BLACK AND WHITE!!

1,The two people you mention first need to see the books and be satisfied with what the books say before they commit themselves to being a director.

2,Will the 3 remaining director's work with MS?

Over 1150 signature petition (in five days) wanting the remaining three directors to resign.

• Over 3600 signature petition to rid the cub of the current board (pre EGM)

• Over 2100 pledging not to renew season tickets.

• 1500 fans march through Burslem on the last game of the season.

• 1300 Black and Gold scarves purchased.

• Approximately 75% of shareholders supported a Vote of No Confidence at the recent EGM.

• At a pre EGM Supporters Club meeting only 14 out of an audience of 600 supported the board.

BRILLIANT SUMMING UP well done

• The board promised an EGM and a consultation process but it never materialised, that's why NLV delivered where the board failed.

• Robbie Williams (largest shareholder) made a decision not to support the board and has given his proxy to the supporters.

• In a survey of shareholders in March, 77% of respondents delivered a no confidence vote to the then current board of five to make the right decisions about future investment in the club. That figure increased at the recent EGM, see above.

• Many investment opportunities have been turned down as we feel they believed it would have compromised their positions on the board (Newton, Barrett, Texans, Chaudry and Simms (local businessman, sponsor (£250k) and lifelong Vale fan). Shareholders have not been consulted in any of these negotiations.

• The board have never released any reasons or facts as to why investment has been turned down, only to produce personal attacks on interested parties. The board have also treated any potential investors with the utmost contempt and in a severely unprofessional manner, making the club a laughing stock.

• There are 950+ shareholders, five (although only three directors left) run it as their own with no regard for the majority of the ownership.

• Season tickets, sponsorship and executive boxes are down as people refuse to purchase until there is a change within the board room. 2000 plus have refused to renew season tickets.

• The board were forced by NLV to host an EGM. They took the maximum amount of time in calling it, then hosting it (21+28 days respectively) then held it on a weekday morning in the school holidays, to discourage people from attending. This has had a severe impact on preparing for the forthcoming season. The board did everything in their power to stop the EGM, but legally they had to after all the attempts legally failed.

• Bill Bratt has publicly said fourteen times he would resign if the fans want him to. He hasn’t, why?

• Pro-change has the support of all leading high profile supporters groups: Port Vale Supporters Club, The Sproson Fund, North London Valiants, B&G, SEO, OneValeFan, and PortValeOnline.

• Pro-change has the support of many high profile supporters and ex club employees: Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor, Ray Williams (30 plus years service), Robbie Earle, Martin Foyle, Andy Porter and a string of other ex-Vale players.

• Pro change has the support of ex directors: Paul Humphries, Dave Smith, Mike Thompstone and Geoff Wakefield.

Biddulph PV, when you going to realise that Mo only wants Vale to make himself a profit?

Have you even read his post? That is pretty much the only aspect of the argument he covered!

I despair with the pro-board, window-licking minority.

If Vale make a profit and pay a dividend to Mo then he has to pay the shareholders the same amount per share, can't wait. Have had no dividends from these clowns, oh that's because they don't make a profit, just great big losses each year

It was only a light hearted comeback to Biddulph PV first line of his post!!!....Jeez!!! Stop being so aggressive just because Bill got one over on the anti-board brigade without even trying.

Alot of CEO's take out 50K a year salary from companies without investing, without Bill we wouldn't even exist now and for that we should thank him, not abuse him!!
