so if there is 5,500 -6,000 at the first game, what will that tell you

a,The visiting team has a huge following.

b,A load of free ticket's have been handed out.

c,The remaining 3 have stepped down.

d,Bill has at last acted on his promise and stepped down.

Any 1 or combination of the above.

The first home game is often well attended its the games after that, that count.

I can wait Wayne, I will be back when the vile three have gone, in the mean time, I will be watching Prestatyn Town, good standard of football, and with no commitee members screwing the club.

It will tell me that someone is fidling the figures suit their own agenda.

I hope the club pay the correct amount of tax.

5,500 - 6,000 attendance.

2,500 STs sold = tax to be paid on at least 3,000 pay on the gate fan's.

300 imersed in self importance, think they should say how things should be done, trying to bring a club down, well i think you will fail, a few games in and you lot won't be noticed in or out of the ground

Where does this 300 come from? Last season 4300 ST's - this year 2671 - that's 1629 (38%). That should worry people - especially if carried forward to match day "walk ups". Don't think Bratt gives a toss though - don't know which is more important to him, retaining power or keeping Mo out? - maybe both? Still never mind - up the Vale eh.

we could do with plymouth or torquay first game of the season that will give us a true idea of how effective SEO is going to be hopefully it will work sooner rather than later!

And if the board want to be stupid enough to fiddle the attences figure to make it look as though SEO is not working thats fine by me they can pay more money to the tax man just speeds up the process of the leaving

i honestly think vale will struggle to get 3500 average gates next season at most. If the 2500 ST figures are true (doubtful!) I cant see 1000 more people paying £20 a match to see league 2 football when are most exciting rumoured signing is Lloyd Owusu who cant do it at this level nor any other level. hes very much past it, if hes ever been with it. Another big striker that cant score why are we begining to remind me of stoke before coates started bank rolling them

Great, cant wait, we will have to be in the Championship to make a profit. He will be paying dividends out to shareholders as well.

I accept there is a risk from change and new ownership. I also think it is difficult for a club at this level to make any normal level of profit and return on investment and that creates the possibility that someone coming in is really looking at the club as a vehicle for some form of asset strip.

But there isn't anything inherently wrong with seeking to make a profit whilst providing a service. It is the normal behaviour in our economy and society. It is what every self employed person up to big business tries to do. It is what employees try to do - no one goes to work without a view of what they are worth and how much they can earn. It is how bills get paid. So I don't have a problem with a properly regulated Mo Chaudry whose aspirations are aligned with supporters. :)
