They got a vote of no confidence and have been voted out of power at the EGM.

They then decided that they would consult with the fans to see what the fans want despite 90% having just voted against they haven't resigned.

Mark Sims was elected at the EGM and needs to see the books...so they offer a Directorship to the NLV in a desperate attempt to get a fourth Director so they can sign the Ameriturf deal....they go on holiday.

Now they have Meigh who was voted off wearing a Micky Adams mask

inorder to get back on the Board.

Adams thinks it's for football reasons inorder to sign left back cover inorder to complete the squad....instead once Adams becomes a temporary Director the deal can be signed.

Ameriturf are a sponsor only Bratt wants to turn that money into 24.9% equity such that the "cartel" then have 53% and then they can never be voted off and nobody can see the books.

The use of Adams and a low return postal vote all in a 14 day time scale

will legitimate a Board without moral authority and without a mandate to

rubber stamp the deal without an EGM such that for the vast majority of fans the club will be lost forever.

The Directors are on holiday just when they should be available along with the books to enable Mark Sims due dilligence and will only return triumphant once the dirty deal is done.

It is shocking none of the directors are at the club, but did you really expect them three to stick around after the EGM? We'll be lucky (or unlucky) to see them again unless they 100% have to be at Vale Park. They'll be working from home as much as possible to prevent them from talking face to face with fans. Add to that the chance to slow down Mark Simms progress and it is no wonder they have all booggered off.
