When will you stop and ask yourself the question if you are doing more harm than good?

 

You have done your best to stick the boot into a new CEO. You have done your best to stick the boot into any potential new sponsors. And now you are talking about sticking the boot into Micky Adams.

When will you stop and ask the question...why are the board doing this, and when is enough enough? How far are you willing to let them stoop? Do you not wonder, why micky? Why not anyone else?

In my own personal opinion, if all that has come out today is true, then Micky is also now part of the problem at the club.

 

To some, he is a messiah, this time last year he was to me. But leaving half way through his contract, then to come running back with his tail between his legs after he had failed at Sheff Utd and still managing to secure the biggest contract we have ever given a manager over 3 years and now wanting a position on the board shows the same sort of self serving attitude ingrained in the few that run Port Vale, and is part of the reason "we are where we are".

I don't think we did. The board turned down Newton because, to quote Bratt, "we're not looking for a takeover".

 

Micky was on board with the situation once he had been assured that the running of the football side of the club was his to manage, irrespective of who comes in. I don't recall B & G or Mo saying that wouldn't be the case.

 

The board used Adams as the reason, and the much needed revamp of the youth system (like we dont need that). They also used micky as a human shield at the AGM.

He,s not turning out to be the hero he was last season. He,s constantly publicly declaring his Love for Bill Bratt. This is terrible. Its never ending. Were infected massively with pure evil. Another day being wound up through life as a Port Vale fan.

This is a very unexpected development. In my opinion it is about the worst thing that could have happened. Dragging the manager into the off field shenanigans. Give me strength.
