Lazy parenting?

Obviously there are children who have development problems and it could be expected that they would need extra help with their toilet training. However, this report says that they're including children with no such problems but who are merely not toilet trained. It's hard to imagine that a 14 or 15 year old wouldn't know how to use the toilet. I don't quite know what to make of it.

There was much emphasis during TV reports of this placed on these children having no developoment difficulties..they simply haven't been taught/encouraged/made to use the toilet.

Beggars belief doesn't it,the parents will probably try and blame the teachers or the government.

Schools would have sent the kids home in my day or called the parents in to take them home...that incentivised the parents

I,m not surprised at this story, my daughter is a junior school teacher and she says kids regularly wet and mess themselves in class. It's the same when I see 5year olds with a ****** dummy in its gob, some people should,nt have kids.
