Pre wolves drinks

I think ya might find a lot of the pubs within a certain vicinity of the ground will be well policed.

I predict a far more efficient policing operation will be in place in Wolverhampton than was evident at our last encounter at vale park.

Think Walkabout is the only pub that away fans can go in, bouncers on every other door checking tickets to see which stand your sitting in.

I know a lot are drinking in Stafford then getting a train into Wolverhampton closer to kick off.

Load of rubbish. Been Wolves 3 times this season and never seen anyone been checked for tickets. Plenty of places to drink in the town, some you won't get in with colours on. Yates's will be full of home fans, but Wetherspoons is usually mixed, bar Cuba is a good bar, the feathers outside the away end but can't wear colours. I will be frequenting a half dozen without expecting any trouble at all. I predict the only tension might be after the game with the heavy handed ness of the West Midlands police which I did witness against Preston.

Except other visiting clubs don't have the still-fresh-in-the-memory history that we do.

It's definitely a day for no colours and a low profile.

Sad to say that anyone wearing colours at Wolves stands a good chance of getting a slap.
