F A Cup 4th Round Draw

They've lost to Barnsley and Charlton in recent weeks so we certainly have a chance. The draw could have been a lot worse, in fact it's as good as could have been expected really. There are only 5 or 6 teams left who would have brought significant numbers to VP or may have generated a large amount if played at their place and, if replays go the way of the bigger teams, there'll only be a couple of smaller teams who would make a passage to the next round more likely.

How could it be as good as could be expected? There are loads of better possibilities!

Worst draw possible.

Blackburn/ Man City

Sheff Utd

Coventry

Bolton

Brighton

Bristol City/ Watford

Stevenage

Everton

Huddersfield

Ipswich/ Preston

Kidderminster/ Peterborough

Macclesfield/ Sheff Wed

Hull

Cardiff

Norwich/ Fulham

Rochdale

Southampton

Southend

Stoke

Crystal Palace

Wigan/ MK Dons

Yeovil

Arsenal

Aside from the 8 in bold, which of the teams (from yesterday's fixtures) would have been significantly better than Brighton for us?

EDIT: Including the teams that get added today (Forest, presumably MU, Liverpool & Chelsea, possibly Sunderland), I still think that Brighton were one of the better draws.

Man city, Bolton, Bristol, Stevenage, Everton, Kidderminster, Mac, sheff wed, hull, Cardiff, Norwich, Fulham, Rochdale, Southampton, Southend, stoke, palace, Wigan, Yeovil, arsenal, Forrest, utd, City, Liverpool, Sunderland, are all either bigger sides, closer or have a better chance of progressing. Even if a couple are debatable, there are still a good number.

Stop whinging . It's over and done with now, so lets see what happens. We still have to beat Plymouth.

Apologies for having an opinion about the cup draw on a thread about the cup draw. I'll stick to firm facts from now on, that'll be much more fun. Though his thread should only have one post in it.

The draw is ok as long as we beat Plymouth and then Brighton. Our priority is money....end of. The Brighton draw should we beat Plymouth will not give us that priority. The chances of beating Brighton to give us the next chance at our priority are far slimmer than this afternoon's game as they are a decent championship side. So despite what others have said, this is a disappointing draw although to be honest, so was the whole draw.
