Latest figures from the NHS show an increase in numbers attending A&E to over 330,000 compared to the same period last year.Guess what the net migration figure was for the UK for 2014,it's not rocket science is it?

If you had even the slightest grasp of the actual issues behind these figures, you wouldn't have come out with such ill-informed codswallop.

Welcome back,I wondered where you'd been Mr.H.I hope you are well.

I'm quite aware of the issues thank you, which involve shortages of GP's,doctors, nurses, weekend working and the number 111 but if you think that extra numbers coming in aren't having a real affect then you are dreaming?I've had to wait five or six hours for treatment as well.

That as well,a real burden our ageing population aren't they but I'd rather support them than all the freeloaders that are trying to get in.

But the fact that you are willing to ignore the main reason for the struggling nhs (along with it needing more funds) and just blame it on immigration speaks volumes.

It doesn't help matters though does it,let's be honest. What do you think is the main reason for our struggling NHS by the way,I've just named one of them.I'd also cut foreign aid as well to fund our own people. We can't save the whole world at the expense of our own ageing population who've paid in all their lives. The point I was making is that we can't expect to keep letting a third of a million people in every year and not expect it to have an effect on,not only our health care but our schools and housing. It's just not sustainable.

There'd be no-one around to care for all these elderly people if it weren't for immigration.

That's correct,I fully agree and that is a common reply to everyone who opposes immigration.I want controlled immigration where people are processed and are selected for the ability to help our country.I am fully opposed to an open-door policy where any Tom,**** or Harry can come in for the many freebies which we offer.

It's "a common reply to everyone who opposes immigration" because they never seem to get it or take the fact on board. Who do you think it is that cleans the hospitals, wipes the backsides of the infirm, walks from house to house on less than minimum wage to ensure that the elderly take their medication? By and large, it's unskilled immigrants.

Does that mean then that we've got to let a million more unskilled people in every three years?Wouldn't it be better to train some of our own on JSA to do that?

99.7% of our national income is spent on our own people. I have no problem with us spending 0.7% on people living in conditions we can barely imagine.

I already said what the biggest issue with the NHS is.

Largely because of the polices of the last labour government who made it more financially viable to stay at home and have kids than go and get a job. Regardless though, immigration needs tighter control, the horror at Calais shows this. I just don't see a government party with the balls to do it, unless they are classed as racist.
