Hi guys,

I am doing some research about Port Vale and have come to a stumbling block, does anybody know where I can find any financial reports? Anything released before or after we went into Administration.

If anybody could help it would be really appreciated.

Thank you

The last set of accounts made available was for the year 01/07/09 to 30/06/10.

The AGM for the following year was delayed and delayed and delayed and the club went into administration instead. So the accounts for the 2010/11 season were never made public despite supposedly having been prepared.

true santa but it's part and parcel of company law to have yearly published accounts, probably still in the hands of the liquidators, bet lodey has a copy.

From what I gathered at the time, the annual report for 10/11 was prepared and all ready to be sent out to shareholders along with the agenda from the delayed AGM (which also was going to be the second EGM).

It was never sent out and has never seen the light of day. In the end it's all academic but it would be interesting to see if Mike Lloyd's claims were true that the club would have made a small profit had it not been for the protests.

From information I heard it couldnt have possibly been ready to go out. So someone somewhere was bull****ting.

Didn't Bob Young say something along similar line's?

Now imagine how much profit could have been made.Had V2001 listened to shareholder's / fan's etc and there were no protests?
