We have gone off topic slightly which was liquidators,we are all second guessing what the outcome of the investigation will be, most of the details of the time in question should be held by Lodey as the minutes of each and every meeting are recorded, a boring job but a legal requirement.These will have been scrutinised by the liquidators and all participants will have to account for themselves,ALL not just a few and whatever the minutes reveal will be looked at and studied against the statements of the directors. So don't expect a quick descision, all this takes time but eventually we will have closure and Vale2001 will be filed away into the annals of history.

Did Adams cough up any of the investment he promised?

 

He promised no such thing, as you well know.

 

He said he planned to.

 

I might tell my wife I plan on taking her out for a meal. That is in no way a promise to do so.
