Very good post. Beyond belief given their injuries that him and Dan Jones ended up being retained .( that's gone well ). We are meant to have state of the art analysis and stats. Something went badly wrong. Can't all be on Flitcroft? Why were we signing crocks.

He's the Vale equivalent of Nick Powell was at Lard. An injury prone enigma. Capable of brilliance or being anonymous. Both had the opportunity for better standard of football than they achieved. I'll miss him though. Not often we see gifted footballers up the Vale.

Think he'll be released ( again). Still probably played twice the amount of games of a certain ' defender ' who still has a year left . A very gifted player blighted by injury at Vale but played a big part in us getting promotion and gave us that goal at Derby .

I think we all ( include myself here ) got giddy after the two wins. People rightly pointing out that Cheltenham and Burton are poor. Well guess what so are we. Only in the realms of fantasy are Vale winning 4 successive home games as a lot of people expect or suggest is possible. We're a really poor outfit. Runs of 11 and 14 without a win in the same season is staggering and I'm not even sure how we're still in the mix.
