Don't you owe it to your shareholders to tell us what these "well-founded and rational reasons" are?

 

Maybe Mark Simms should deal with V2001 directly and purchase 24.9% of the shares prior to the EGM. That'll give us the necessary shares to condem these idiots to history.

Each member of the Board has independently formed the view that they do not and will not support Mr Chaudry’s bid to take overall or joint control of Port Vale.
