Cheltenham need to win 2 out of 2 to go above us

Rotherham cannot afford to lose one of their 3 games to go above us

Northampton need to win 3 out of 3

 

you are talking 7 wins needed out of 8 matches - not impossible but when of these 8 games;

 

2 are against Bradford

1 is against Exeter

1 is against us

 

Its going to take a pretty impressive run by all 3 teams to go above us

 

That is also assuming that Burton then get the 4 points needed from Bradford and Gillingham that would take them above us

 

I'm actually more confident now than I was this morning - the 4 teams need a combined total of 26 points out of 30 available

Whenever we've had to make an impression against clubs that have worried us we've preformed a good game, im all ready for Northampton, but if we go up to League one two new centre halves will be needed.

I've just realised the flaw in my logic - but you still get my drift - its a big ask for the other teams to catch us

Or for the worriers, we could draw the last two - meaning we finish on an 8 game unbeaten run - and still end up in the playoffs if Burton and Rotherham win their games.

 

I just hope it doesnt go to the last day but the odds on that are getting shorter every time matches are played !

as i said before, gillingham WILL come unstuck against burton and cheltenham.however i believe they will beat afc wimbledon.
