I think its a valid thread for people to realise they havent got what it says on the tin.

Dont forget, a certain Mr Felstead openly backed Miller and Deakin at one point. Went down like a lead balloon did that.

Aren't the plaques better positioned on the wall as all will be visible from the front, where as some on the back of the plinth would not be seen?

 

Would depend where they end up mate and you might have guessed that on this subject I've not been instilled with confidence in the SC.

A decision which Dave now regrets enormously I suspect. However, if you look at the vote which the SC did at a game about whether the SC's vote should be used to support Miller's election to the Board, the majority in favour was enormous. When I voted a rather vociferous NO to Dave outside the Railway Stand my vote was added to a very short column.

 

There were a number of people on this message board who supported Miller and said what good bloke he was.

 

Won't say anything else about that on here though, as you say, not worth it.

The fact that the statue ever got finished and erected should instill you with at least a small degree of confidence in the SC, especially the work of Pete Williams whose efforts made him ill.
