So difficult to call as without a proper left back I don't think we have a top top first eleven. For what we have now I'd have to say I think we should go 4-3-3:

............................Neal..........................

Duffy........McCombe.......McDonald........Yates

.........Burge............Morsy..........Loft...........

JMW......................Pope.......................Vincent

Was torn though to play 4-4-2 with Dodds off Pope as we started the season but with Burge in for Shuker. Shows how hard to call it is.

This is exactly what i think at should be tried but at the right time, maybe start 4-4-2, but change to this if were getting overrun.

Our best players are just not being pushed' date=' JMW and Vincent in particular need someone int he squad capable of replacing them to get better performances out of them. JMW has started showing why he wasn't wanted by Stevenage, he plays for himself. It was embarassing against Bradford. He needs to be dropped to learn, but with the current squad we simply can't drop him.[/quote']

Entirely agree. Good post Rudgey F.C.

Well after the last dozen odd performances where we have looked vulnerable to conceding every game there has to be a big change in team formation as our early season form has disappeared.

So I'd go especially in home games .

Neal

Duffy Mccombe Davis R Taylor

Burge

Jmw Morsy Loft

Dodds Pope

It's no longer working with 2 wingers in truth it aint worked since the Oxford game .

If we r to get promotion then 4 new quality signings will be needed, unfortunately the squad as it is is a twelve placed finishing squad.

Think Shuker loss of form has coincided with Vales lack of good results,James is a ok player Mcdonald a liability at present ,Williamson very good but we r getting overrun in midfield and it needs be addressed.

The players need to do there jobs if u don't concede u don't lose unfortunately we look like conceding 2 or more every game.

Pope can't carry the team on his own ,why ain't any player from the midfield 2 trying get beyond the own penalty area in the last 2 games.

So we are getting over run with two wingers and so just leave a gap there with only rob Taylor as fullback. That's an open invitation.
