Hasn’t Brady already stated that he wants a small squad with visible routes into the 1st Team. So perhaps this is part of it. I think Plant will go down well at Tranmere because he’s keen and tries. He’s played at the back and midfield for Yeovil. Hopefully Crosby can bring him on to be a decent player

As the fire sale is beginning to come alight. Maybe the club should approach the likes of Wolstanton FC to see if they fancy shirker Shipley as a squad player.

Brady not a fan of the younger players? Not given Shorrock a chance, shipped out plant. Not given Walters a go. I love it when managers give the clubs own youth players a chance but in the early days Brady seems against this 

I've got a feeling there will be a big news item after the transfer window shuts and the club can no longer sell players  That Carol as put the club up for sale and the money raised from player sales in the window as gone to carol to pay off some of the money she has loaned to the club

Managers don't trust youth usually when results are on the line. Probably the only 'positive' with Flickers was that during his time there was a playing pathway into the first team for youth players. Squad was so tightly controlled we actually didn't have much choice but to play the younger players on the bench. 

It's kinda telling that we haven't even had a single, different youth player make the bench even for an EFL trophy game. You see the club rave about Cousins moves to Kidsgrove etc but there doesn't seem to be much of a way in the team for any of these players.

Just seems like everything is on fire behind the scenes.

The club haven't even published it on their socials as the only place where they have posted it is on the website. Honestly it seems like everything is a complete shambles at the minute.

Probably don't want to get a lot of negativity as scores of player sales and people leaving will set off a lot of alarm bells among fans. They have not been clear at all what direction we are in, other than heavy hints that they are in L2 mode.
