Looking at his career, he’s a home bird and moved from teams he was doing well at, to be closer to home - cancelled contracts to do so. Would seem like a huge risk, even if there is any truth in the rumour. No experience beyond Irish football.

On the Irish defender - I'm pretty sure it's a made up rumour. It hasn't come from a reliable source.

Sadly for him I think previous management teams have ruined him for us and I cant really see where he fits in now,I would of loved to see him progress with us as he was highly rated at one time.

Now they have been taken over maybe a move to Yeovil will come in and imo that could be the best for both parties,one things for sure if he does move on he has never let us down when played out of position and never moaned about it,so i would wish him all the best.

Maybe this all all just ballcocks and he will stay and rip League One a new one 🙂

If he had been 22 say then i might have gone with it as a gamble but as you say not at 27 BUT it is nice to have a rumour out there

It is ridiculous. It wouldn’t be some punt either. 250k is half our all time transfer fee of 500k for Ainsworth many many years ago.
