What's so exciting about League 1? It's almost the same as League 2; a Port Vale under the current regime is about as exciting as my Nan's lifestyle. Mo will inject money and renewed optimism. A top-to-bottom restructure is what is needed, we need new ideas or we will end up like Stockport I'm afraid.

 

Turkey and tinsle trips at Christmas and lunch at the Salvation Army every Friday along with the pensioner's club on Mondays my nan leads such an exiting lifestyle thanks:razz:

 

Seriously though promotion all the way because it will mean that we'll definately start 2012/13 as a league club something that may not happen if we don't go up.

I'm absolutely disgusted that so called vale fans have gone on p&g and said they don't want vale going up. Well I hope u get what you want. F***** pathetic f*** b&g f*** mo f***+ it

 

we cant afford promotion and we have a board with less money then the average sunday league club......... plus id rather have a good enough team to play in league1 at the moment our squad isnt good enough to survive lg1

Promotion.... With Crawley coming up and Plymouth coming down, next season will be just as hard as this one...

 

And there you have knocked the nail on the head. We have fans worried about a fixture against Crawley Town. That just about explains the predicament that Port Vale FC and its fans are in :ohmy:===

As many have already said on here, it is making me not want the team to win today as looking at the bigger picture playoffs and promotion will just give V2001 the funds to carry on. (Very sad state of affairs..)

Promotion. Vale in a league with Crawley, Accrington, Hereford, Burton, Macclesfield, Morecambe, Cheltenham, Stevenage and possibly Fleetwood??!! Whatever happened to QPR, Man City, Middlesborough, Fulham, Sheff Utd, Sheff Wed, Forest......
