2 players offside and not much movement in the box when the ball was played, that is terrible officiating.

Looked onside on the TV replay ... unfortunately.

Patrick doesn't have a position to resign from. Unless you mean resign from being Carol's son or the kit designer

Off topic so apologies.

Rhys Williams played for Liverpool under 21 today and also last weekend. Thought he was out for the season?

Those comments could be aimed at the Coates family down the road and probably most if not the vast majority of owners of a football club in the UK. How many owners of any sizeable private business could claim to know the inside and outside of that business, I doubt many.

After 5 years though? Come on

I agree with you but they are both entirely positions.

It's like trying to compare someone being a carpenter and then asking them to run a restaurant

But could a carpenter run a chippy?...

It was theorised that he had a real attitude problem and we sent him back, but agreed to imply it was because of injury so Liverpool didn't have their asset's value diminished.

And that's exactly why Vale should remain with the Shanahans until they decide to sell up and/or a buyer with demonstrably sufficient money, with Vale at heart comes along. A transition process planned and controlled.

No more Smurthwaites, no more Deakins et al, no more bidders owning a water park and no more fake hedge funds, no more money in bags.

I agree , but she has to let go of the reins, show Flitcroft the door , and let Darren Moore have full control over team . When she does that, everything will be more relaxed . The players, bar Garrity and Ripley , will still be <ovf censored> but at least Moore can make his own decisions . Everyone at the club seems to be wound tighter than a spring. You could see it in Moore’s face in the post match interview yesterday. Let’s get back to being Port Vale . We’re not trying to conquer the world. UTV

Garlick was good at his job  and

Fraudcroft is shyte at his job , mate

Garlick used to deal with all the player contract details and negotiations. Flitcroft took that off him so he could do it instead.

Garlick is also a person who’d been around football clubs in this role for a number of years, let’s not forget he was someone Carol relied on and turned to for advice. The cynical amongst us may say that with Garlick out of the picture it only leaves one person who Carol could rely on for football “advice”.

I heard that the injury excuse for being sent back was a cover up apprently his attitude was shocking and also he looked a shambles in training(as in not very good at football) so they club sent him back. The injury line was used to cover it up. Either way great bit of recruitment!!

Yes he was involved in a 10 v 10 session yesterday as was Loft. No real clues to the line up Saturday it was mix and match on both sides.

Interestingly though Ojo and Chislett didn't take part. They were involved in the light training drills with Uche which makes me even more convinced Ojo hasn't thrown it in but is managing his injury.

Back on topic.

I thought yesterday’s game was the poorest quality for a long time. Shrewsbury were awful, and we were worse.

In terms of playing quality, if you took out Wilson and their no. 11, it was hard to imagine there were professional footballers out there.
