Have to agree, he did seem to have a good understanding with Hall.  Both players found it tougher this year, because it is tougher, and some fans seem to forget that. Have any of our players looked as good this season as they did last?

When players are struggling a bit then confidence becomes a factor.  Anyone who’s played football competitively at any level will know that.  Common sense would suggest that booing isn’t going to boost someone’s confidence.

Robinson seems to have fantastic confidence in his own ability.  He’s made mistakes in most games, been in and out of the team, but seems unaffected.  Sir Mal on the other hand looks like he could do with a bit of love from the fans just now.

If it had been like that all season then yes. In contrast we have had a spell of games where we have been in promotion form. We aren't good enough for promotion and we aren't bad enough for relegation. I hope The Haywood is opening a new orthopaedic ward with all the knee jerk reactions.
