Port Vale: Stars angry after being touted for sale

PORT Vale players have been angered by the discovery they are being touted to rival clubs by an agent appointed by the club's administrators.

 

Sounds like the adim has gone against what he said and is going to push players out.

 

next Thursday's loan deadline can't come quick enough for me.

It's all relative though owd 'un. Flogging them for next to nowt is better than losing them for nothing in the summer, due to our current predicament.

Maybe he'll be happy to see Vale go to the wall safe in the knowledge he kept the squad together (who have not achieved anything yet)

No one has lied, the admins are sending out the same message. The press do not report every single word of what is said

It seems to be now, that we've been moaning for so long, that even though the board have now gone, we need something to vent our frustration on. It appears to be the turn of the administrators in this respect.

 

We need to forget all that now. Let the administrators SAVE our club, because essentially, that is what they are trying to do. Yes, they could reject any bids for player. But, how would that keep the club trading? Would people not be saying in the summer when the same players go for free; "why didn't we accept the bid we had in for XXXX?".

 

The administrators job is not easy, neither is the fallout from administration going to be particularly pleasant. But, if they do their job, we'll still have a club to support and PVFC will be able to start a fresh with new owners and no debt.
