First time I've seen Him play, and didnt look the most complete midfielder ever, but WOW, what a left peg. The pace and accuracy of His corners, and the free kick for the first goal, brilliant.

We have been crying out for somebody who can take a decent set piece for years. At last someone who can whip a ball in with some pace and accuracy rather than a hopeful loft that rarely used to beat first man!

No suprise that we are starting to score from set pieces again 3 in the last 3 all from Marshall deliveries into the box.

I have been really impressed with Marshall, He his very composed on the ball. He rarely gives the ball away and has great delivery from corners and free kicks.

We had him on loan a few seasons back when i think he was still at man city, he had a great left foot then, i remember him scoring from a free kick really far out away at chesterfeild. Him and shuker are a perfect combanation in midfeild!

He's a quality player, definitely capable of playing in the league above. I'm really surprised he was without a club to be honest. Let's just hope we can keep him through this uncertain period.
