According the Lloyd he & deakin are working with the council to potentially have a board member to make up the quorum, to facilitate Brattys consortium.

These are dangerous times and dont think for a second that S-o-T are on our side, their councillors hate MC as much as Bratty as MC has embarrassed them over their shameful actions re the Dimensions fiasco.

Wouldnt the new Board member need to be voted on by the shareholders though?

Any idea what is happening regards to the EGM?

Yes they do, its called Bill Bratt and his "new" consortium. Bratty according to his son in law is putting together a consortium to take the club back & avoid MC getting his hands on us.

The nil paid shares whilst morally shouldnt be used, legally can be used therefore giving lloyd & oliver enough to push it through.

All this talk of "fill the ground" on tuesday should be avoided until these scumbags are gone completely.

But the nil paid shares belong to Deakin and Miller (and maybe Hank) - whose to say how they will vote? Surely Bratt, Oliver & Lloyd don't think they can carry on? What would the gates be next season, 3500 to 4000?

It says an awful amount about MOLD that they are looking for a new director to facilitate the proposed consortium but won't look to the SC for help - when they have a ready made interim board ready to go.

I hate them so much. If Bratt gets his claws back into the club then its finished.

How many? With no money for players and players leaving we won't get 3500

How much would this Bratty consortium need to pay off all the debts and get the club functioning again without admin?

Can the council afford to loan more money out to a man they have already when he has only managed to pay about 10% back?

2.25 million down to 1.9 mill

Possibly just enough to cover the HMCE debt, and to cover short term cash needs. Existing Council loan would remain in place, thus preventing the council having to stump up cash. Yet again he's looking at a short term solution:angry::angry:

If the council side with Bratt, the club can go to wall as far as i'm concerned.......

Ditto that. I couldn't stomarch the thought of Bratt (and I blame him above all others for what has happened, if we had sold to Mo in Dec 2010, none of this would have happened) "lording" it again, getting his back slapped by the halfwits that back him, saying how he has saved the Vale again. No, that would be it for me, couldn't fight anymore I'm afraid. ===
