Presumably £750 is the minimum amount they will issue a winding up order to any company for

So the board have had the notice/petition served on them but could not satisfy the H.M.R.C. with a solution and now the more serious 'order' has been served.

 

Desperate times ahead.

I thought we were in the winding up petition part of the process. IE, we can still look to go into admin within the next 7 days before we get hit with a full winding up order.

god this is so confusing..im doing best to try keep up with this admin..and winding up orders.

If ok and got the time...could someone explain at what stage we are at?...and could we still be council forced into admin?
