sorry i havent been listening to radio stoke...just been trying keep up on her while at work.

So just a question...is this true that vale begging the council to put us into admin to avoid the winding up order???

and has this been confirmed??

And lets keep the faith...time for idiots winding people up are gone....we are all very worried and feelings are running high...so us fans have got to stick togther...its soley the boards fault...this hasnt been a thing thats happened over last yr or so..this had been going on since v2001 took over.

I agree, no more wind ups please as this is a very sad day in the history of our club, and it doesn't help!

A lot of the talk today has been of a winding up order. That is usually the second stage of the process after the serving of a statutory notice which gives some time for creditors to reach voluntary agreement with the relevant company before the winding up order.

So the board have had the notice/petition served on them but could not satisfy the H.M.R.C. with a solution and now the more serious 'order' has been served.

 

Desperate times ahead.

I thought we were in the winding up petition part of the process. IE, we can still look to go into admin within the next 7 days before we get hit with a full winding up order.
