Surely it's Admin then?

Thanks a bunch Lloyd, Oliver and Deakin! And not forgetting the part Bratt and co played in this!

I hope you are all thoroughly ****ing proud of yourselves! 9 years of abject, unmitigated failure!

Correct, this has nothing to do with seo,the Vale board have borrowed and borrowed since day one including even to buy the club.

terrible news but innevitable :(

the blame is at the door of the board in their various guises over the last 18months they could have made things oh so different but it makes me feel their may be more to come which may have been hidden in the vaults of the bycars bogs

i'm f****** heartbroken, if i ever see these scumbag directors in the street . As an aside i wrote to a couple of lads in Shrewsbury, telling them to expect a couple of new inmates.

This is effectively an application to the Court isn't it? The Court then decide the course of action I presume? Didn't Portsmouth have a winding up order against them, but the Court gave them time to sort things out? I'm no expert, but a winding up order is different than Admin I think. If the board had put the club in admin, would HMRC have been able to make this application?

I have lots of questions, unfortunately, no answers :(

I'd have thought the Council would have forced the club into administration. You're right, the club can't with only 3 directors anyway.

I hope every single shareholder sues the **** off each director who has been there over the last 18mths at least.

Didnt Mo say that at Badderley Green Club that he would sue if we went into admin after they had the chance to sell the club to him?
