Not sure what this entails.

I'd say a writ has been served on Harlequin from the Royal Courts of Justice, Queen's Bench Division.

Is there any indication what the writ is for? Does this mean Harlequin is the plaintiff by the way?

I think they are, you have "date court plaintiff" above then the date, the court and harlequin below.

I have said from the beginning Harlequin are well known in the Timeshare Market and especially their owners.....I lived among these scummers for nearly 8 years.......Another poster on here knows these people and he has evidence of their wrongdoings..........I would not get involved in a Timeshare scam for all the tea in China, me owd.

I wouldnt worry to much if the writ has been initiated by the likes of HMRC , Met police or Government agents - this weeks Harry Rednap fiasco, costing millions of tax payers money over 5 years, is a good example - personally, as in the Rednap debacle, I would put the initiators of wasting taxpayer money into orange boiler suites in special reserved accomodation in guantanomo with onswuite water board shower facilities.

Correct, plaintiff is another word for the claimant.
