The latest announcement would have been that they had secured investment to take over the 150k blue sky shares. My guess would have been that they would have dressed it up as an unnamed investor who is willing to put more in if the fanbase unites.

 

They were found out and the massive investment of £1 would have been made to buy Hanks shares and the the £149,999 would have been an i.o.u.

If they fail to get any fools, con men or chancers on board with a short term fix, then I fear for the fixtures and fittings at VP. Anything that aint bolted down may be seen by MOLD as "their" property and suitable recompense for the loss of their shares' value. Not forgetting all the good work they did "saving the club from the fans":ninja:

I reckon it would have been a conversion of part of the Gibraltan loan into shares.

 

I also wonder if the other £127,000 has been used in exactly the same way with reference to some of Miller and / or Deakin's shares??
