Good post - I've listened to the video, didn't hear any racial abuse

 

Just after 1 minute 30 someone shouts '****ing n1gger c4nt', quite high pitched, sounds like a young person.

 

It's 100% there.

 

What we don't know is whether or not anyone racially abused him BEFORE he got involved with the fans.

There were racial comments made, you only have to watch the video to hear it.

 

That might be the case Burt but as I stated until clear evidence can be obtained to confirm individual or individuals made racist comments then they are innocent and that is a fact.

 

The club of course could be charged if again it was certain that the racial chanting came from the away end and there in is the problem because if it is proven racial chanting came from our end, the whole club will suffer for a mindless few idiots.

There was right in front of me just before it all kicked off. A bald chubby guy in his mid to late 40s who had been shouting abuse all game. When I approached a steward and informed him he simply said I needed to report it to my club!! I did this but how on earth they will ever catch this scum when the Accrington officials took no action is beyond me.

 

So racial abuse was heard by one of our own before it kicked off.

He was way to far away to hear individual comments,he just lost his rag because he was getting abuse,simple.

He obviously heared about the racist CHANT! on this website and decided to play the race card. Its so obvious.

And we have accounts from one or two of our fans seeing a bald man shout something racist at him before it happened. (edit - just seen jacko's post saying the same).

 

Why are people defending it?

 

Whether or not the person who said it is racist is another matter, and whether or not Exodus heard something before confronting the fans is also another matter, which we'll probably never know.

 

All we know is there was AT LEAST ONE racist comment shouted at him. And that's all that matters.

what i want to know is why didnt them stewards keep the fan/fans in custody, the ones that were being abusive.

there is no place in the game for racism, its pathetic, no matter whether you think the player is rubbish or not, racism should never be an option.

anyway, i never understand why people have a go at the players when its the managers that bring them in.

They didnt want to know to be honest, the one I reported another idiot to simply told me to report it to my own club, fantastic!

 

The bottom line is it did happen and was shouted by at least two people prior to Exodous approaching the crowd and if it can be proven the club should rightly be disciplined, maybe then this scum will appreciate what their words will cost us in the future.

Sounds to me as if you know who it was? But with the attitude you display I highly doubt if you do know the culprit, you would identify him, which is saddening as until those individuals are identified, Port Vale as a whole will be classed as racist, yes its not right, but until they are singled out thats what the general public will assume.

But sadly he is not and very sadly all Vale fans will now been castigated as racist unless we identify these morons and stop burying our heads in the sand. No matter if a report finds in his favour or not our club has now been on SSN, nationwide, regarding this matter and when added to the Moore case it does not paint anything other than a very, very sorry picture.

 

I would stand up in a court of law and support him.

 

We need to rid ourselves and our club of association with this scum.

There is definitely someone who shouts a racist remark which im sure he (Exodus) could of heard,but it was one person and no one else.Exodus makes out that it was everyone,it was just one stupid idiot!
