This is a key statement to me! we know that to have a functioning board we must have 4 Directors

PD + PM are Directors in name only and absent.

Now we know there are no players coming in does the board have to be quorate? Does that apply for players leaving?If not at least Oliver can do one now.Are there others things that can't be done unless there is a quorum?

Any new owner could then start with a clean slate and any oustanding loans written off or re-negotiated at a more favourable rate via the administrators.

 

If admin has to happen then its better sooner during this season whilst we have a cushion of points between us an the bottom 2, rather than any new regime having to begin next season in a minus points situation.
