No, I'm using standard Verizon Fios which is a fiber optic network which I assume iis public but it goes through my router which is password protected , the only internet service available in my area. The iFollow guiy says the changes have been made at their end this week!!!

Nothing. It's bull. First half was unwatchable. Just kept stopping ever 20 seconds. Second half, switched to chrome and no problems. But I suspect this had nothing to with that switch, just they fixed the problem. Agree with all that it is bloody annoying paying for something that does not deliver.

Yep I agree, I initially tried to watch it on Bing and it kept stopping, I switched to Chrome and it kept stopping, I contacted them and was told it was because I was using private internet which I'm not, then I was told it was an adblocker which I don't use on Bing and then low and behold it worked fine for the last 20 minutes.

I asked during all this why it worked fine the last two weeks and was told iFollow had just made changes this week, basically a load of bunkum but what alternative do we have and they know it.

Soo frustrating cause I look forward to Saturday mornings so much and then crap happens.
