So, where to start.....

 

Perry Deakin was recently on the radio where he stated "the club was in a shocking state six months ago". Remind me, who was chairman leading up to that time? Who was CEO until last April? Who was a director at AGS when Bratt spent 6 months trying to conclude the deal?

 

"Us lot" as you refer to the people fighting for a better Port Vale, with attributes such as honesty and openness, did not want the board we got. I can't understand how you can't see that and to be honest I think you can but you're just too caught up in being Marmite Bill's propaganda machine, aren't you?

 

Why do you think we are still complaining?

 

Why do you think deadlines were set for the latest board to deliver on promises?

 

Do you think we enjoy this?

 

The absolute last thing that needs to happen is to return to the dark old days of another Bill Bratt regime. He has had his day and it is time with someone that has money and fresh ideas to come in.

 

At the moment, the only realistic hope for Port Vale's future is Mo Chaudry and his plan. You seem to think that once this board is removed, Mo will just walk up to Vale, collect the keys and get cracking. That will not happen.

 

The interim board and shareholders will want to see any plan Mo has in more detail before a decision can be made. This is all assuming that Mo is still interested. Marmite Bill and his appointments like Deakin have put the Vale into serious financial trouble now.
