We all know Melv loves a moan however in this case he is absolutely spot on and I can see a few wanting the same given the lies they have been subjected to following all the fake promises.

 

Personally I think he has precisely no chance of getting any money back out of these crooks.

 

If I don't then I will move on to the next step.Which I will not mention here until the time .Im not giving up that easy,sorry Mr Milker,Deakin,Lloyd,Oliver and Lodey that's the way it is.You lot made the situation,so tough.

as I just said on another thread next visit up there we should DEMAND to see proof of Deakin and Millers share money going into the club!!!

i also asked at the SC meeting if they could ask tweedle dee and tweedle dumb whether or not we could have refunds on our season tickets as promised.

I wasn't the only one there there were 3 more all of them did very well and no one was ranting everyone remained calm,collective.Which is good as they can't use that as a reason not to see anyone.Im up for another visit next week if needed and anyone is interested.

Mr Lodey was stumped for a answer when i asked him , if we were so short of cash why make the Torquay match £5.

His response was that they wanted to get more fans at the match, i said i couldnt understand this approach at all as they would certainly make a loss, he then agreed.

The news coming out of our club is worrying, but when I see threads like this I can't help wondering what the point is. Did those who went up to Vale Park really expect board members/senior management to stop what they are doing and invite people who are hostile to them (which is understandable) to sit down and have a cup of tea and a pleasant chat?

 

Its a lot better than sitting around doing nothing while these people eat away at the clubs carcass. Wether it makes a diference or not it makes me feel better in showing them that i wont just sit by and let it happen. I am always polite and dont go barging in like a lynch mob,all chaps today were true gentlemen,as was Lodey. I intend on visiting on many many more occasions untill they have gone.

The promised refund was on that of Oliver remaining a board member after the AGM in what should have been December,those goal posts nowu moved though.My point on this is now the amount of lies we have been told.Which in turn has misled people into buying season tickets.Im expecting them to so they will not return the money.In which case I take the next step to get it back.I'm not giving up that easy.

I'm currently in Scotland at the Moment but rest assured when i get back after the 2nd Jan i will be up the Vale frequently demanding answers and a refund similar to Melv's situation.
