As said earlier GO came to see me while I was waiting to see PD.As he was walking down the stairs i was typing a message on my phone.GO told me there is no facility to refund season ticket money.I told him that I was here to see PD not him.As he went back up stairs he said i suppose you are writing to put on that web site are you.I said yes and its got nothing to do with you anyway.

 

About 17:10 GO & ML came down the stairs and i could just about hear Glenn say something ........."if it comes to a rescue .......something .....Stan"

 

Just after that a nice young lady came down stairs and said Perry will see you now and she then took me to his office.Just the two of us there.He said to me I hear you want a refund on your season ticket,I said yes.PD then told me there was no facility to do so.I then explained that I was part of SEO and reluctantly bought my season ticket on the understanding that the BS deal had gone through like we were told.But it had failed much like many other promise's.He told me that he has sympathy with my reasons and would put it to the board at a meeting due on Wednesday.So I then said I thought you were supposed to be the CEO so just refund it.He told me that he could not do so until he has met with the rest of the board.He will then contact me after the meeting on Wednesday.

He promised me a refund earlier that was when i said i will buy a ST on the understanding that GO is no longer part of the club after the next AGM,which has now been put back.At the time the BS deal was still ongoing as were many other promises.

There's no chance you will get your money back.. If that is the case that you do I'm sure 75% of vale fans will want there money back too, and that I'm sure they will never agree to!!

He went up and down stairs a couple of times and seemed involved.As he was returning up stairs after our brief conversation he said to me "at least im trying to do something constructive for the club" where have we heard that before?But as he said it I just looked at him smirked as i had visions of the Blue Sky logo flashing before me.Doing something constructive:laugh: same old,same old.

My guess is that they knew that you were there and were saying what they wanted you to hear.

 

Good point. I personally feel that if Stan Meigh has a big part to play in this, the SC need to secure his proxy legally so that there can not be any about turns. The other issue for the SC is to start at the top of the shares register and work their way from top to bottom, in respect of most held to least held and try to secure as many as possible, as proxies therfore nulifying Stan Meighs holdings should there be tricks being played.
