Early days i know but I've been very impressed with the new loan signings so far. Tyler walker can score and Callum Guy looks a real player also thought Tanser had a good game today.

 

Well done to Brown and team for proving their worth so far , If we can get a right winger in and keep hold of Jak , Streete and Smith then we should be just fine staying up

We're in much better shape no, that's for sure, but we need better defenders. Tanser is a start but we need a quicker full-back than Purkiss and also another centre-back as I'm not sold on Knops, although he's not bad as a squad player.

agree on Purkiss seems like hes on his last legs now , I wouldn't mind seeing a FWB kind of player who will make the run and crosses

Why not give young Gibbons a go at right back?..I keep reading/hearing how many at the club rate him highly!!

Not sure that Eagles is fully fit, yet, but the other lads have certainly strengthened the squad and are a clear improvement on 6-7 of Bruno's signings.

 

Just for information I don't think Jones has yet scored for BC has he? And he was on the sub's bench yesterday.

Walker scoring 2 in 2 games is a good start, and Guy sounds like a prospect. Still early days though - they need to sustain their bright start over the next 4 months to keep us in this league and perhaps make a case for a permanent move. It's always a tricky balance with loan players isn't it - if they don't do well, we tend to go back to square one and try another player, and if they do perform well, their parent club may well retain them - or as with Jones, another club comes in for them. At least Brown seems to be able to spot a bit of quality - his signings to date all make sense.
