philpvfc, i agree with you in the respect that you want to give lloyd the chance and so do i . unfortunately what has been achieved so far by him looks good on paper only . everyones attitude will change once things really happen , lloyd will be judged on his actions not words .

The deal could be described as "new" as the sponsorship is now equity and

there is to be no loan so presumably the 100k loan is some of this investment that isn't shares and the rest of the millions isn't money into the club but into the infrastructure or plastic training facility and the football in the community pre-season tours of america.

 

The club will need proof of funding under international money laundering

laws.

 

Thought Lloyd was a failed businessman with a vote of no confidence who should resign and "evervaliant" Deakin a temporary CEO but they seem to

have all the power....2 men one with with 60k and one probably on 60k behind the back of 900 shareholders who own the club will decide the future of PVFC.

We have not got a new board, just more of the same. The Amer deal is OK as a sponsorship, shopwindow for community pitches etc. But we still need a football investor, with vision. We will never be part of the decision process, why are shareholders not able to judge all the offers? Electing directors when they own 55% of the shares is pointless.

I thinks its from a comment I said last night that to take the new deal into the millions they would now probably be adding seating and a running track to the training facility that we don't own. At a cost of 400.001 GBP.
