Very sad day today, as the pro boarders have already stated the turn out wasnt great.

This i feel is not a good sign as if the fans had turned up in force to demonstrate it would have showed they were still interested, and were still spending their saturdays down vale. As it is many didnt and are are slipping away.

Fans abusing fans will further reduce the fanbase and will cause long term damage to the club. To these ends i will know longer join marchs or attend games as it is making me despise fellow fans and i dont want this to happen as i know both sides want the best for the club but i see no commen ground as yet. Hopefully i will see you all soon when reunited.

Only 4,300 Vale would be poor on the opening day. The last two opening home games of the season have seen 5,442 and 5,985 Vale fans plus the away followings from Rochdale and Chesterfield.

 

I'd say any less than 5,000 Vale fans would be bad for the first game.

You are having a laugh. There were that many at kick off when the majority of the marchers had moved one. You need to go back and retake maths. If there is a video it will show you right up!!!
