Two people have just rang me, one is staunch board fan, he did not ring to gloat, we speak openly as our friendship far outweighs PVFC, the crowd is uder 5500 no matter what is put

Radio Stoke keep on saying there are many more away fans than what Vale are saying. Its not just once they have mentioned this.

Well I stayed out of the game throughout the first half but came away with Dave F at half time. Just before hand, four un-gentlemanly guests of Port Vale came out for a cigarette and started dishing out abuse and started trying to goad some of the people outside into trouble.

 

But the last straw for me was one when of them started giving a certain "salute". If that's the kind of character that the board would like as guests at our club, I feel things may have gone too far! A sad day for me!
