What about those against the protest who "effed and blinded"? Yet again, another taring only one side with a brush. A convenient misrepresentation of the facts to support your own agenda maybe?

To be fair, there was effing and blinding on both sides, none of it acceptable. Even more unacceptable is any confrontation between fans.

 

Can we please all just agree that this was intended as a peaceful march that was to represent pro-change which came under fire due to a lack of knowledge on what it was about.

 

My final statement on the matter is this..

 

Vale fan vs Vale fan

 

It has to stop and stop now! Let uis remember that no matter how we protest or what we say or do, we all want to achieve the same goal. We may try to achieve this in different ways, lets just repsect that, aknowledge we have different ideas on this but got back to our one founding principal that unites ALL Pro-Change groups...

 

We want new blood in the boardroom and external investment...and we want it sooner rather than later!

I have not said I agree with the abuse sang at the B&G lot either have I. The rules I feel should apply both ways

Debate is a two way thing you ask the questions i tried to answer them.My point about SEO on Saturday was that if they had not protested just for that day then all the people who where against the march due to ignorance and thinking it was an SEO march could have been silenced with the " i didn't see anybody SEO protesting Saturday"

I apologise if i seem to come over aggresive and blunt but i the same as you love my club and want to see an end to all the disruptive things that are stopping some of my fellow Vale fans watching the game.Hopefuly this week will see a turning point in the clubs future and we can all get back to talking about the game and protests will be history.

 

There is one way for that to happen, two men have the power to stop it all. Yet they fail to do so. If the club falls into administration, it will be their fault and not SEO. Rather than blame SEO, can you not acknowledge this fact? SEO is a symptom, B&G is a sympton, the proximate cause is the board of directors, the sooner that fact is acknowledged, rather than apportioning blame to different sections of the fan base, the sooner the fan base can become united.

 

(I've got to get back to work now, so any future delay in responding is down to that rather than not wishing to continue the debate)

That was my point, the language (however bad) was not limited to one side (I hate putting that when everyone is a Vale fan and should be united) but MarkyG was throwing mud at the protestor and conveniently not mentioning those against the protest, who enegaed in similar profanity.

But don't worry we will take the flack because the march was peaceful and that's all that you can expect us delusional fans that do not follow the stance that the marchers have.. So we are probably not proper fans according too you because we did not want too march.. and too be honest £2 a pint at New Inn sounds more appealing than being a lap dog

 

On the video I posted, the evidence clearly shows the booing and abuse was NOT the result of people in the protest. The booing and abuse I saw from anti-protesters was unprovoked.

 

Evidence doesn't lie.

 

Anyway, just because you feel "provoked" doesn't mean you have to bite back. Grown men capable of controlling their emotions walk away. "He started it" is a playground response by people looking for confrontation.

Frow what i saw and heard they where Anti SEO and thought it was an SEO arranged march.

 

Lets just say there wer some "individuals" littered amongst the crowd who said and shouted enough to try and convince those around them that this was an "SEO-only" march. They were there with one intention and one inteation only, to cause trouble. they knew full well what it was and was not! As I have said, it was printed about the March in the Sentinal not 2 days before-hand and the terms SEO or Starve Em Out were not even mentioned in that report.

 

There are some who would like to have seen the peaceful march discredited, if you understand my meaning! ;):yes:

Most of them were just drunken lager louts, I'm not sure that even if this board resigns that I wish to sit in Vale Park with these idiots

That's why I'm staying away from now one. This stand off will ultimately be decided by the silent majority, as it always will have been.

I thought that, watching those "Gentlemen" at the back of the march made me wonder if I want to be aligned with that kind of sort "supporter"
