Mark Sims-due Dilligence??

Whats happening with Mark and his due dilligence is he doing it as we speak or is it as reported not even started due to the boards insistence on him signing a confidentiality agreement...or has he signed it, doing it and thats why we,ve heard nothing??

 

Can anyone confirm if anything is happening please?? LB, NLV, DAVE, anyone????

 

If there is a standoff then whats the next move?, so many questions nobody saying anything its been very quiet on LB, MO front and even no comment from the Board, which does,nt suprise me one bit!!

If there is a delay for whatever reason then Mark should publicly state why. Without this delay we might have got things moving quicker at the Vale without the need for Mickey to join the board and for supporters to make their minds up as to buy season tickets or not.

The Board were originally awaiting Marks proxy from Robbies camp and also awating MS to sign his Confidential agreement.....And then our Financial man takes a 3 week Holiday and then he is admitted to Hospital and now i would imagine he will be on a 6 month sick leave which will then bring him into his Xmas holidays and then..................................:rolleyes:
