Just a thought but if people are thinking of watching local non league games why dont we all decide to go the same match.

 

We could meet in a pub and boost the gate of the team we decide to watch, and go to different teams each week.

 

It would get press coverage and i am sure the local non league clubs would appreciate the extra income.

It could help replace the income lost by local non-league clubs that will result

from the Port Vale non-community club tour of the states playing against rubbish college teams rather than play local non-league clubs and support grass roots football.

I wont go and see any team on a regular basis. I may go to the odd non league game around here and have a few more quid to go to St Pauli more than the twice a year now.

 

Since leaving north staffs nearly twenty years ago I have followed and met many exiles along the way in Sheffield, East and North London and made many great friends. However after 30 plus years (and 20 as an exile) I refuse to be treated this way. My solicitor has been notified and divorce papers are in the post.

 

Life is far too short for this sort of mess and there's so much more to do than being treated like dog **** and have to pay for the privilege. If change doesn't come soon, then I can only see NLV closing it's shop front and becoming a charity shop. A shame as NLV have put 20k plus in sponsorship over the years but if that's how they treat paying customers, then maybe we should inform Rogue Traders.

Obviously off topic but what's the latest in regards to Malcolm Hirst and putting himself forward to go on the board?
