Goober is back at the Vale!

Porter is a very good coach.....under Porter the Youth Team won four cups in two years and got to the quarter finals of the F.A Youth Cup.....so a welcome return of a quality coach....Glover and Grew however should be gone in the summer if Smurf wants to move the club forward.....of the old guard Porter is a good youth coach while Aspin has learn't and gained experience as a manager and looks ready for a League manager job.......perhaps

smurf could send Page out on loan to the conference to gain some experience as a manager.

 

Andy is a great coach as my lad will testify as he has come on leaps and bounds since Andy got involved with the academy. To be fair most of the coaches work hard with the lads and are well liked especially by lads who come in having had stints at other academies.

All I can say is that Porter had a fantastic work ethic as a player with a no retreat, no surrender attitude that he is now passing on to our academy lads and long may it continue..!!!
